Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A preventative detention order, or prohibited contact order, that is in force at the end of 10 years after the day on which this Part commences ceases to be in force at that time.
(2) A preventative detention order, and prohibited contact order, cannot be applied for, or made, after the end of 10 years after the day on which this Part commences.
