Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must appoint in writing an appointed member to be the Chairperson of the Board.
(2) Subject to subsection (3) the Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Board .
(3) Where the Chairperson is or is expected to be:
(a) absent from duty;
(b) absent from the Territory; or
(c) unable to perform his or her or her duties,
the Minister may appoint any person to act as the Chairperson during the absence or inability, as the case may be.
