Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Chairperson shall call such meetings of the Board as are necessary for the exercise of its powers and the performance of its functions but so that not less than 4 meetings are held each year.
(2) At a meeting of the Board:
(a) 4 members constitute a quorum;
(b) questions arising shall be determined by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting and in the event of an equality of votes the Chairperson shall have, in addition to his or her deliberative vote, a casting vote; and
(c) subject to this Act, the Board shall determine the procedures to be followed at or in connection with the meeting.
(3) The Board shall keep records of its meetings.
