TOTALISATOR LICENSING AND REGULATION ACT - SECT 8

In exercising its power to delegate under section 20 of the Northern Territory Licensing Commission Act , the authority may not delegate its power under this Act to:

        (a)     grant a licence;

        (b)     make Rules; or

        (c)     conduct a hearing.
