Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Board may open and operate funds and accounts for the undertaking of internal insurance in respect of and for the purposes of any or all classes of insurance carried on by it, and with or from any one or more of any funds or accounts of the Office.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall be construed as limiting the Office's power to arrange insurance or reinsurance with any other insurer.
