TOBACCO CONTROL ACT - SECT 45

A person who uses -

(a) false photographic identification; or

(b) another person's photographic identification,

to obtain or attempt to obtain a tobacco product commits an offence.

Penalty: If the offender is a natural person - 20 penalty units.

If the offender is a body corporate - 100 penalty units.
