(1) If the points of sale for tobacco products in or on premises contravene this Division, the occupier of the premises commits an offence.
Penalty: If the offender is a natural person - 100 penalty units.
If the offender is a body corporate - 500 penalty units.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is a regulatory offence.
