(1) Part 3, Divisions 2, 3 (other than section 23) and 4 (other than section 27) and section 28 come into operation on 31 May 2003.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on the date, or respective dates, fixed by the Administrator by notice in the Gazette . ( See back note 1)
