A person who sells tobacco products by retail must not display the availability or prices of tobacco products other than on a price board or shelf ticket that complies with the prescribed requirements (if any).
Penalty: If the offender is a natural person - 20 penalty units.
If the offender is a body corporate - 100 penalty units.
