Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The amendments relating to the definition taxation law in sections 3 and 3A made by the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010 apply in relation to a tax liability mentioned in section 3A accrued at any time before, on or after the commencement of this section.
(2) Subsection (1) has effect except as otherwise provided by Part 15.
