TAXATION ADMINISTRATION ACT - SECT 119

The appellant must, within 7 days after lodgement of the notice of appeal, serve the decision maker whose decision is under appeal with a copy of:

        (a)     the notice of appeal; and

        (b)     any other relevant material lodged with the notice.
