Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA memorandum of the appointment of a new trustee for registration under this Act shall be in the form prescribed under the Land Title Act for the registration of the appointment of a new trustee and shall satisfy the requirements of that Act in respect of that form.
