Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by instrument in writing, delegate to a person or authority all or any of his respective powers, functions and authorities under this Act (except this power of delegation) in relation to a matter or class of matters so that the delegated powers, functions and authorities may be exercised by the delegate with respect to the matter or class of matters specified in the instrument of delegation.
(2) A delegation under subsection (1) is revocable in writing at will and does not prevent the exercise of a power, function or authority by the Minister.
