Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Before the Administrator makes a Proclamation under section 28, the Minister shall give not less than 6 months' notice in writing, of an intended resumption to a lessee whose land, or a portion of whose land, it is intended to resume.
(2) A notice under this section may be given by registered post.
