SENTENCING (CRIME OF MURDER) AND PAROLE REFORM ACT - SECT 9
Fixing of new non-parole period in respect of multiple sentences
Section 57 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
subsection (2)(c) "under section 54, 55 or 55A" and substituting "in
accordance with section 53A, 54, 55 or 55A".
