STATUS OF CHILDREN ACT - SECT 2A

This Act applies to a person, whether or not the person -

(a) was born in the Territory;

(b) was born before the commencement of this Act; or

(c) is an infant,

and whether or not the person's parents have ever been domiciled in the Territory.
