In this Part:
Commission means the Northern Territory Licensing Commission established by section 4 of the Northern Territory Licensing Commission Act .
Court means the Court of Summary Jurisdiction.
liquor has the same meaning as in the Liquor Act .
prescribed notice means a notice prescribed for the purposes of section 45G.
unoccupied private land means land or premises, other than a public place, the lawful occupier of which is not present at the relevant time.
