Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe records of the former Supreme Court, and all records of the superior court of record of the Territory that were kept under a law at any time in force in the Territory and that, immediately before the commencement of this Act, were in the custody or control of the former Supreme Court or of an officer of that Court, shall be incorporated with, and shall be deemed to form part of, the records of the Court.
