Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The sheriff or an officer of the sheriff concerned in the execution of any process directed to the sheriff may demand, take and receive such fees relating to the execution of the process as are fixed by the regulations.
(2) No poundage shall be payable to the sheriff or any officer of the sheriff for taking the body of any person in execution.
