SHERIFF ACT - SECT 2

    (1)     The Sheriff Ordinance 1911 is repealed.

    (2)     The Acts and Ordinances of the State of South Australia which are specified in the Schedule cease, to the extent specified in that Schedule, to apply to the Territory.
