Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A court which makes an order under this Division, may extend the time stated in the order within which the restitution is to be made or the compensation is, or costs are, to be paid.
(2) A court which grants an extension of time under subsection (1) may vary the extended time.
