SENTENCING ACT - SECT 71

The Supreme Court may make a finding that an offender is a serious danger to the community only if it is satisfied:

(a) by acceptable and cogent evidence; and

(b) to a high degree of probability,

that the evidence is of sufficient weight to justify the finding.
