(1) There shall be paid such contributions as is determined, from time to time, by the Minister primarily responsible for the administration of the Agents Licensing Act out of the Fidelity Fund established under that Act for payment of the costs of the administration of this Act (including the costs of obtaining a report or other assistance from the Chief Health Officer).
(2) Contributions referred to in this section shall be paid in the manner determined by the Treasurer.
