RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT - SECT 32

(1) If a person who is a party to proceedings before the Court under this Act -

(a) is a represented person, within the meaning of the Adult Guardianship Act ; or

(b) has a guardian,

or both, the Court shall cause notice of the proceedings to be given to the Public Guardian, within the meaning of the Adult Guardianship Act , the guardian of the person and any other person prescribed for the purposes of this section.

(2) The Court may cause notice to be given of proceedings under this Act to such persons as it thinks fit.
