Immediately after the registration of an order for the cancellation or alteration of a units plan, the Registrar-General shall give written notice of the registration of the order to the Municipal Council for the council area in which the parcel is situated, or if the parcel is not situated in a council area, the Registrar-General shall give the written notice to the Minister.
