REAL PROPERTY (UNIT TITLES) ACT 1975 - SECT 20
Withdrawal of units plan(1) At any time after the lodgment with the Registrar-General of an application for the registration of a units plan and before the units plan is registered, the applicant may apply in writing to the Registrar-General for the withdrawal of the application for registration.
(2) The Registrar-General shall, on the receipt of an application under subsection (1), endorse the application for the registration of the units plan as being withdrawn and deliver to the applicant the documents lodged under section 7.
