REGISTRATION OF INTERESTS IN MOTOR VEHICLES AND OTHER GOODS ACT - SECT 4

The Registrar of Interests in Goods is -

(a) the person appointed to the position by the Minister; or

(b) in the absence of such an appointment - the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs.
