Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts15. Fees and compensation payments
(1) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette , prescribe any fees payable for the purposes of this Act (including an agreement made under section 24).
(2) Subject to an agreement made under section 24, the fees paid and payable to the Registrar under this Act are to be paid into the Public Account, within the meaning of the Financial Management Act , in accordance with the requirements of that Act.
(3) Any compensation awarded under this Act shall be paid out of money provided by the Territory.
