This Act applies to and in relation to the following courts:

(a) the Court of Summary Jurisdiction;

(b) the Local Court;

(c) the Youth Justice Court;

(d) the Coroner's Court;

(e) the Family Matters Court;

(f) the Work Health Court;

(g) the warden's courts;

(h) the Alcohol Court.
