Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) On and after the date of issue and before the return of the writ for a referendum, every referendum advertisement that is broadcast on radio or television must contain a statement of the name and address of the person authorising the advertisement.
(2) The statement must be at the end of the advertisement.
Maximum penalty: 8 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
