REFERENDUMS ACT - SECT 61

61. Referendum Tribunal

(1) The Referendum Tribunal is established.

(2) The Tribunal is constituted by a Judge of the Supreme Court.

(3) The Tribunal must keep a record of its proceedings under this Part.
