Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Scrutineers and any other persons who are approved by the officer conducting a determination may be present at the determination of the results of a referendum.
(2) Proceedings at a determination of the results of a referendum are to be open to inspection by scrutineers.
(3) An officer conducting a determination of the results of a referendum may adjourn the determination from time to time.
