A person, other than -
(a) an officer;
(b) a scrutineer, as permitted by section 17; or
(c) an elector voting or about to vote,
must not enter or remain in a polling place except by the permission of the presiding officer of the polling place.
Penalty: $2,000 or imprisonment for 2 years.
