Northern Territory Consolidated Acts

PUBLIC TRUSTEE ACT - SECT 3

    (1)     The Acts set out in Schedule 1 are repealed.

    (2)     The Act of the State of South Australia set out in Schedule 2 ceases to apply as a law of the Northern Territory.
