Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may appoint a Chief Executive Officer or public sector employee, to be the Director of Correctional Services.
(2) Subject to this Act and the directions of the Minister, the Director has the control of all prisons and police prisons, and the custody of all prisoners, in the Territory.
