Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Chief Executive Officer may enter into the agreements the Chief Executive Officer considers appropriate with a person acting for a State or another Territory for the exercise and discharge by an officer or authority of the State or other Territory for the Territory of the powers and functions of the Council under this Act.
(2) The agreement may make provision for all or any matters necessary or convenient to be provided for or incidental to carrying out the agreement.
Example for subsection (2)
The agreement may specify the extent to which a person acting for a State or another Territory must comply with Territory legislation, including the Audit Act, Financial Management Act and Procurement Act.
