Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as practicable after 30 June, but before 1 October, in each year, the Council must prepare and forward to the Minister a report on the Council's work and activities for the period of 12 months ending on 30 June in that year.
(2) The Minister must table the report in the Legislative Assembly as soon as practicable after receiving the report.
