Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Where a document, required to be sealed with the Public Seal of the Northern Territory, has not been sealed with that seal, the document may, at any time, be sealed with the Public Seal of the Northern Territory.
(2) Where a document is sealed with the Public Seal of the Northern Territory under this section, it is then deemed to be, and at all times to have been, properly sealed.
