Permission of the Board under section 88(1) is personal to the pastoral lessee to whom it is given and:
(a) is not a condition of the lease or transferable with the lease; and
(b) notwithstanding the period for which it is given, shall cease to have effect when the person to whom it is given ceases to be the lessee of the relevant land.
