Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Commissioner of Consumer Affairs within the meaning of the Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading Act is the Controller of Prices, except during a period in which a person holds office under subsection (2).
(2) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette , appoint a person to be the Controller of Prices for a period of not more than 3 years specified in the notice.
