Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Deacon's Court or Committee of Management of a congregation shall hold all moneys collected on behalf of the congregation and shall apply those moneys in such manner as the General Assembly, by regulation or otherwise, directs.
(2) The Deacon's Court or Committee of Management of a congregation may from time to time, with the approval of the Trust, exercise all or any of the functions of the Trust relating to the management of the property of the congregation.
