Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Administrator may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Regulations may:
(a) prescribe fees and scales of fees in respect of an application made to the Board in accordance with this Act; and
(b) provide for the remission of such fees in specified circumstances; and
(c) provide penalties, not exceeding $500, for offences against the Regulations.
