PETROLEUM ACT 1984 - SECT 87
Appointment(1) The CEO or the Environment CEO may appoint a person to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act.
(2) An appointment may be made subject to such conditions or limitations as the CEO or the Environment CEO thinks appropriate.
