Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette , declare that a block specified in the notice (not being a block in relation to which an exploration permit or licence is in force) shall not be the subject of a grant of an exploration permit or licence.
(2) Subject to section 10, while a declaration under subsection (1) remains in force in relation to a block, the Minister may not grant an exploration permit or licence in relation to the block.
