Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsSubject to this Act and the Land Rights Act, a corporation or a person who has attained the age of 15 years, may apply for and be granted an exploration permit or licence, being a mining interest as defined in the Land Rights Act, in relation to Aboriginal land.
