Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsEvery poundkeeper shall, at least once in every month, render an account of and pay all moneys received by him during the preceding month in respect of fees payable in accordance with or in pursuance of this Act, where the poundkeeper is appointed by:
(a) the Minister, to the Territory; or
(b) a local authority, to the local authority and such money shall form part of the revenue of that local authority.
