PLANNING ACT - SECT 67

In this Part, "infrastructure" means prescribed capital works but does not include:

        (a)     the repair or maintenance of capital works;

        (b)     works required as a condition of a development permit to be carried out on the land to which the permit relates; or

        (c)     the provision of public car parking.
