Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not enter into a transaction purporting to subdivide or consolidate land in contravention of this Part.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person – 200 penalty units;
In the case of a corporation – 1000 penalty units.
(2) A transaction purporting to subdivide or consolidate land in contravention of this Part is void.
