Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsAs soon as practicable after considering a development application and the matters referred to in sections 51 and 52, the consent authority must determine to:
(a) consent, either conditionally or unconditionally, to the proposed development;
(b) alter the proposed development in the manner it thinks fit and consent, either conditionally or unconditionally, to the proposed development as altered; or
(c) refuse to consent to the proposed development.
