Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) There is payable under this Act to the Crown in right of the Territory a royalty in respect of all minerals vested in the Crown in right of the Territory obtained from a production unit in a royalty year.
(2) The holders of mining tenements that form part of a production unit are jointly and severally liable for the payment of royalty in respect of the production unit.
